Thru thick and thin
its seems this is the way its always been
never to change
connected to you by breaking ties

Is this how it will end,
to spare no thing for anyone
Except a passing gaze of scorn
to any one i have ever known

If this is the way
i have always been

there is no excuse
For what i said
there is nothing to say

But the man i am today
is not the man i was yesterday
I have changed
and if you could never forget to

Hate me for what you know
Fear me for what you know not
Pity me for what i was
Love me for what i will be
