Enter The Retort’s second annual writing competition. If you have something you’re passionate about then we want to hear from you. This contest is open to all students of MSUB. Submissions should be no longer than 700 words and should include a title, your name and contact information. Each piece will be judged by The Retort staff and the top three will receive a gift card to the Beezers/Jackets & Company bookstore.

First place= $50

Second place= $ 25

Third place= $10

All pieces submitted will be considered for publication but only three prizes will be awarded. Materials will not be returned and only winners will be notified. Limit (2) submissions per person.

SUBMISSION DEADLINE IS TUESDAY, MARCH 16TH AT 5PM. LATE SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
