Look at me when the time is right
Remember that I’m a waste of your time
Another puppet waiting to be sold
Got the feeling that I’m still alone
Hes so handsome and shes such a doll
Its harder to stand than to actually fall
I still believe in, I still believe in, do you believe in me?
Help me become the perfect mistake you created me to be
Waiting for reasons to hold my head high
No finger is on it, so still I try
My spirits sick and tired, don’t know what to do
Can’t satisfy anyone this I know to be true
My mind is free but still theres a wall
I’ll still get by even if I have to crawl
I still believe in, I still believe in, do you believe in me?
Help me become the perfect mistake you created me to be
Alone I walk from a dust spot
The air is heavy around me
My chest is weak and my legs unsure
I stumble and fall on a patch of Earth
Ground my fists into a mound of dirt
Inhale deep and the air’s now sweet
It’s a sight to see when I get to my feet.
